You have the choice to signify the judgement ... or not. It's your choice.

If you signify, there is a chance you willloose more money. But then, the opposite part will be under pressure, and will have to take a decision.

If you don't signify, there is a chance you can get an explanation with the lawyer... and that she changes her mind and not go for opposition.

Personnaly, I would write to the lawyer that your request was clearly written, and that the judge did understand correctly and fully. You can ask him on what ground he wants to go on opposition, and leave him a delay of no more than 8 days to go on opposition. And explain that after this delay, if there is no communication, attempt of understanding, will to solve the problem correctly without "huissier" or other solution, you will signify.

Then, past this delay, I would signify. And when I say "would", I'm 1000% sure the delay will bring nothing but the proof they are cheating again.

Personnaly, without a letter from the lawyer mentionning on what ground he will go on opposition, I would give him NOTHING. No contract, no whatever. HE has to know what to do. You don't have to prove anything. You have a judgment. He is in the shit. You have no obligation to help him.

I should say "no". You have to request the rent till the end of the préavis, but nothing more.

Lawyer of my locataire is asking me to send her the contract I signed with her because her client has lost the contract she signed with me and also she has lost the contract she signed with "ancien proprietaire". 
Following is what lawyer sent to me

If it was not registered, it means that she lied to you. Lie is not a good thing for her in court. And also, you had no mean to know that there was a bail before.

If it is registered, you had a mean to know there was a bail.
