No, he's done nothing. We've taken photos for him to advertise and he has been round 3 times to see what needs to be done. It all needs redecorating and new carpets anyway so why he needs to gone round again is a mystery. He usually tells us a couple of hours before he arrives.

How much notice does he have to give? He has been round 2 times already this week now wants to come again today and was cross when I said it wasn't a good time. We are leaving on Monday
