J'ai subi une variante, suite à une annonce proposant un bien à louer sur immow.b : Je reçois un appel tél (numéro de gsm figurant dans l'annonce) m'informant que j'ai trop payé (une dizaine d'euros) pour la parution de mon annonce car je pouvais bénéficier d'une promo. Je peux soit prolonger la parution, soit me faire rembourser le trop payé. Pour le remboursement, je dois bien sur communiquer les infos relatives à ma carte visa. J'ai d'ailleurs failli marcher, pris à froid et avec un interlocuteur parfaitement crédible et convaincant. Un commercial de haut niveau avec une argumentation bien préparée et une élocution irréprochable. J'avais déjà ma visa à la main. Puis un tilt : un site web qui téléphone ? qui a besoin de mes coordonnées bancaires alors qu'il en a forcément connaissance ? et qui veut "vérifier" les numéros d'identification figurant au dos de la carte ? J'ai prétexté un manque de temps et suggéré de m'envoyer un mail.

J'ai vu il y a quelques jours une émission Tv sur une chaîne française consacrée aux arnaques en général  sur internet et il semblerait que sur 20 mails envoyés ils réussissent à piéger une personne sur vingt.

Je l'ai fais aussi une fois par curiosité: faux nom, ancien numéro de gsm, autre boite mail.
Ca à le mérite de les faire poireauter, espérer en vain et faire dépenser leurs crédits d'appels téléphonique.

J'ai répondu en jouant le jeu. Ils veulent toutes vos coordonnées y compris copie de carte d'identité, adresse, téléphone,...

Bonjour,

Je viens de recevoir les mêmes mails suite à une annonce immobilière placée sur Vlan.be.

C'est vrai que si on commence à recevoir ce type de message on se demande où cela s'arrêtera.

Mais c'est franchement trop poussé pour y croire et je doit dire qu'en finale cela m'a fait rire.

J'ai d'ailleurs été tenté d'y répondre en faisant semblant de jouer le jeu pour voir ce qu'il aurait encore inventé, mais j'ai pas trop de temps pour cela.

J'ai eu deux réponses par MP à mes annonces immobilières sur Vl@n.be. Deux messages identiques:

Il arrive que j'aie des locataires arrivant de l'étranger, je ne m'en suis pas étonné. Quoi que le "best price" me faisait tiquer: je loue des appart, je ne vends pas des tapis...

Charge on teller in direct with supply companies: water, gaz and electricity.
